How do I make an appointment?
Please click on the menu, and select Request an Appointment and fill out the intake form. Be as descriptive as possible for our scheduler.Is a deposit required?
Yes. No Exceptions. Depending on the tattoo the deposit can range anywhere between $100-$200 (roughly). An emailed invoice will be sent to you from Rebel Muse Tattoo.Why do I need to do a deposit?
This secures your time slot for the appointment. Additionally drawing things takes time, and if someone decides to run off with the drawing or not show for their appointment, at least some of that time is not wasted.Is my deposit applied to the tattoo appointment?
Yes. The deposit will be applied on your LAST appointment for that piece. So if it takes multiple sessions to finish, it will be applied on that last appointment date.Is my deposit refundable?
No. We do not issue refunds on deposits. No exceptions.What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
You must reach out at least TWO WEEKS before your appointment we will honor the deposit and transfer it to a new time slot. You will only get one of these transfers so use them wisely. We understand that situations happen, but if you’re scheduled to be in the chair it is unfair for the artist to lose out on money for that day without the opportunity to schedule someone else.What if I no-call no-show?
Communication is key in the tattoo industry. If you’re unable to make your appointment, please email or text K as quickly as possible. Your deposit will be negated, but we want to be able to take care of you in the future.When will I hear back about scheduling?
The scheduler works Tues and Thursday evenings as well as most weekends. You should receive a response within 48-72 hours. Delays happen, so please be patient. Asl0, check your spam folder!When will I receive my design?
You will not receive the design prior to your appointment date, unless K herself has stated she will.I have a gift certificate, what do I need to do?
Please mark off Yes in the Request an Appointment section of the website and fill out the bottom form with the dollar amount you have available on the gift certificate.I want to transfer my certificate to another person, is that ok?
A new gift certificate is always allowed to be transferred to another person. However please reach out to us at k.jonestattoo@gmail.com and let us know WHO you are transferring it to since we keep a record of it. HOWEVER, if you have a remaining gift certificate balance that you are trying to hand off/trade, that will not be permitted.My gift certificate only covers a certain amount of tattoo time, what do I do?
The certificate will only cover the amount of time it’s been paid for. But if you cover the difference that’s perfectly fine! Gift certificates do not include gratuity.I am under that age of 18, can I still get tattooed?
The shop K is currently in does NOT Tattoo anyone under the age of 18.Do you do hand or face tattoos?
Yes, however K cannot guarantee the longevity of them. K will also only do them on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: If it’s something overly offensive or racist K has the right to refuse to do your tattoo.
