Deposit Terms and Conditions

COVID-19 UPDATE:


- Creating an aseptic environment and using sterile equipment has always been a top priority for K.Jones Tattoo. I have always gone above and beyond when it comes to keeping a clean studio, BBP and preventing cross contamination.


- As always, if you are sick with any illness, please do not come into the private studio! For any scheduling issues please send an email to k.jonestattoo@gmail.com.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


- Your deposit is for YOUR tattoo appointment only and is not transferable to any other person, any other artist or for any other tattoo concept.


- Your deposit is for the tattoo concept discussed and agreed upon today and in the size and on the area of the body that we discussed and agreed upon today.


- Your deposit is completely NON-REFUNDABLE and will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo. For tattoos that require more than one session, the deposit will be deducted off the cost of the FINAL/LAST session.


- If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment(s) and do not give us at least TWO WEEKS prior notice, you will forfeit your deposit. At that time, a new deposit will be required to reschedule your missed appointment and to keep any other existing appointments.


- In a case where K is unable to fulfill her appointment obligation with you due to extenuating circumstances, such as, but not limited to, sickness and travel delays, she will reschedule your appointment(s) for a later date OR a full refund of your deposit will be given within 45 days of your scheduled appointment date.


- CASH is the preferred method of payment on the day of your appointment for any tattoo, aftercare or merchandise payment.


- Your tattoo design will be ready to view on the day of your scheduled appointment. No drawings will be sent prior to your first appointment, unless your artist has made specific arrangements with you.


- We do everything we can to give you the most accurate quote possible, but please keep in mind (especially for multi-session tattoos) that this is only an estimate of the amount of hours required to complete this tattoo. There is always a possibility that it may take more or less time to complete.


- I acknowledge that by submitting my deposit, I fully understand the terms and conditions outlined above, along with everything else discussed regarding my tattoo appointment.


Deposits can be paid through Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp.

Please inform us if you need an invoice from Square.
